Frameskin stand by their products and provide a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us. If we cannot resolve your concerns via email, we will set up a return. You will be entitled to a refund of the original purchase (less shipping). Returns must be received within 30 days of the date on your invoice and the product must be returned in its original unused/uninstalled condition.

Received the wrong item or something missing from your order?

Please contact us immediately regarding any mistakes on your order. We need to hear about problems within seven days of order receipt. If we stuffed up, we will sort it out.

Our Mistake:

•  If an item you ordered is missing, please double check your order before calling. Inspect packing materials carefully in case it's stuck inside the tube. It is easy for small items to get caught up in the packaging.


•  Let us know which item(s) you received incorrectly or were missing. We will go over the situation with you.
•  We will find the simplest, fastest way to resolve our mistake.

You placed an order for the wrong item:

•  Please note there are no returns on custom-made frame kits as these are made to order
•  For return of other items, please ensure they are in original packaging. No returns on used product.
•  We do not refund the original shipping charges.
•  You are responsible for paying return freight on returns.

How do I return an item?
You must contact us prior to returning an item and please note:

•  You are responsible for return shipping charges.
•  Frameskin cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in shipping.


•  Frameskin does not accept COD’s on returns.


•  Refunds will be made once the item(s) are received and inspected by us.
